A local court in Islamabad has ruled on the bail pleas of two accused named in the Noor Muqaddam murder case.
According to ARY News, the bail application filed by the two accused in the Noor Muqadam murder case was heard in the District and Sessions Court, Islamabad.
The court, while issuing judgment on the petition filed by Jan Mohammad and Khansaman Jameel, the financiers of Zahir Jaffer’s house, rejected the bail plea.
Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani delivered a safe verdict on the pleas, stating that the accused had filed post-arrest petitions on bail.
The court filed a 22A case against the parents of the main accused on behalf of the owner of the therapy work, which was dismissed by the court.
It is to be noted that a challan was recently filed in the Islamabad High Court by the investigating officer, in which it was revealed that Zahir Jaffar contacted the parents after killing Noor Muqaddam, on which the father instructed them to remain calm. Assured to dispose of the body.
Earlier, the owner of Therapy Works revealed that after the murder of Zahir Jaffar, the father said that he may have been drinking more than his son, which is why he took this step.
