– Constitutional discussions to address the “planned” and “arbitrIG”… interrogation
– Expectations of a statement by a group of 31 thanks for the lofty initiative and a request for pardon
Informed sources expected that the coming days would be decisive regarding the results and outcomes of the national dialogue.
The sources told Al-Rai that the ParliamentIG Government’s Work Program Committee submitted the final version of its vision regarding the proposals to the Dialogue Committee, which met yesterday to complete the discussion of the files.
She indicated that the discussions in the meetings focus on mechanisms to ensure that the interrogation, as stipulated in the constitution, is an accountability tool and not a political targeting tool, stressing that the texts that are developed require purity of souls, sincerity of intentions, and avoidance of vocabulIG manipulation.
The sources indicated that today’s meeting will be devoted to discussing constitutional problems, specifically the word (planned) from the point of view of the deputies, and this word corresponds to (arbitrIG) from the government’s point of view.
She pointed out that if today’s meeting is successful, it is expected that a statement will be drawn up representing a group of representatives of the 31 Bloc, in which they would like to thank the noble initiative of His Highness, and this statement would be tantamount to a request for pardon for the names that are required to be pardoned.
The sources described the atmosphere of dialogue as successful so far, with a rate of more than 90 percent, but the question remains: Will an emergency arise or find something new and bring things back to square one? Considering that this will be revealed in the next four days, and on Monday in particular.
