The former UndersecretIG of the Ministry of Justice, Abdel-Daim Zamroway, directed a stinging attack on the Empowerment Removal Committee, stressing that the judiciIG restored its prestige by the decision to return the dismissed judges.
Zamrawi said in a press conference at the governor’s pulpit regarding the return of dismissed advisers and judges, that Sudan has been plagued by politicians who have been described as idle since independence and through successive governments and asserted that they will not be able to run the state.
He stressed that with the fight against corruption and the corrupt by legal means, referring to the methodology of the Empowerment Removal Committee is incorrect and works with the moods and policies of people, pointing to the existence of corruption within the dismantling committee itself.
For his part, the General Counsel of the Ministry of Justice, Mamoun al-Faki, head of the Committee for the Dismissed (Returnees), revealed extensive moves made by the Committee in order to invalidate the decision of the Empowerment Removal Committee in the legal tracks.
He said that the Ministry of Justice refused to hand over to the Appeals Committee information about the dismissed, noting that this is a legal violation in litigation, noting that the committee’s decision restored confidence in the judicial system.
